c. Cancellation Before Work Begins

  • If you cancel a project before any work has started (e.g., no design, development, or hosting services have been initiated), you may be eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees specified in the project agreement.

d. Web Hosting Services

  • For web hosting services, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our hosting services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund for the hosting fee, provided you notify us in writing.
  • Refunds for hosting services do not include domain registration fees or other third-party costs.

3. Non-Refundable Services
